We just completed a highly successful trip to Guatemala, delivering and installing 100 smokeless stoves and water filters. Respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases are major sources of illness and death among women and children in indigenous populations in Guatemala. We’ve taken a significant step in reducing morbidity from these killers in our two communities of Alcoba and Los Cebollines this trip.
